AESTHETIC MOVEMENT SERVING DISH

Circa 1900.  Unusually shaped Aesthetic Movement serving dish.  Fully marked Royal Rudolstadt, Germany, this fine piece of antique European porcelain, features a serpentine rim with a wave-like extension on one corner that forms a handle for the bowl. The color is beige , with a very fine gilded design around the inner rim and a highly decorated floral interior.  Good original condition. Fresh from a local Brooklyn estate. 11 1/2" widest x 10" x 2 1/2 "tall.  Price  $175.00
