Circa 1865.  American rosewood parlor cabinet.  beautifully restored, this piece features a gilded gesso center medallion and gilded gesso busts of classical figures. It also has banded inlay, gilt incising and brass trim.  The interior is bird's-eye maple with the original bird's-eye maple shelves.  62" wide x 58" tall x 21" deep.  Price $25,000.
