Circa 1875.  Gorgeous hanging light.  Very elaborate cast brass, featuring open filigree panels and Classical women's faces above fancy glass panels.  Two panels are etched ruby red glass of a women standing on a swing with flowers surrounded by a floral border.  The other two panels are geometric cut crystal.  Original chain and canopy and the original functioning pull-down mechanism from  when it was still an oil light.  Very fine "as found " condition.  Rewired.  29 " overall length x 12" wide.  Price $2,200.
