Circa 1850.  Fresh from a fine Brooklyn brownstone, a rare, finely detailed early Victorian-Gothic marble fireplace mantel.  Almost pure white marble, with very little veining and deep ogee edges and panels. Elaborate Rococo keystone that has a Gothic flare and original ornate cast iron insert.  The photos were taken while the mantel was still in the home and we are in the process of cleaning and polishing the marble and will post additional pictures when it is done.  All original, very fine quality and condition.  We have two additional mantels available from the same home.  Original hearth-stone also available.  Ready to install,  45" tall x 11" deep x 63" wide overall,  the body is 58" wide x 6" deep and the opening is 28" wide x 27" tall.  Price $3800.
