Circa 1890. Handsome, turn of the century, quarter sawn oak card file. Thirty drawer, six vertical rows with five drawers each, all in extra fancy "tiger" oak. Fully free standing with deep ogee raised panels on both sides and back, plus a fine oak top. Very fine original finish, with a rich golden patina. Very good original condition inside and out, all the card files work smoothly. Four of the thirty brass handles appear to be very old replacements (bottom row, two on each side). 33 1/2" wide x 17 1/2" deep x 26 1/2" high. Each file drawer is 12 1/2" deep and holds 3" x 5" cards. Price $995.
