Circa 1930.  Fine, large, Chinese Art Deco, bronze, letter holder. The bigger than usual size is perfect for a large executive desk, having two wide deep sections for mail or small packets.  The heavily embossed design is of dragons, running in a deep band around the outer edge. The center is blank and the shape is typical Art Deco. Very heavy and stable in good "as found" condition and nice old patina.  6 3/8" tall x 9 5/8" wide x 3 1/" deep.  Price $175
