Circa 1861.  Large, gorgeous, pastel portrait of a scantily dressed, lovely young woman.  Very skillfully drawn, in a Classical style.  This picture depicts a strikingly beautiful woman holding flowers drawn in vibrant color.  Very fine condition,  matted and framed under glass in an original simple gilded frame in fair condition.  23" wide x 24 " high  overall, drawing is 17 1/2" x 22" sight without frame.  Signed, C.S. 1861.  Price $1500.
