Circa 1900.  Extra nice, heavy cast brass, antique, Art Nouveau picture frame. This delightful photo frame has all the finest elements of hi-style Art Nouveau design, from it's undulating, organic, outline to it's well coifed women's face. The oval center consists of a row of raised beads and this bead motif is repeated on the legs of the frame. This all original, undamaged frame has fine original patina with some areas looking a bit copper and others with a brighter gold finish. It also retains it's original cast easel back and picture holders. We have cut a piece of antique glass to fit the frame so that it is ready to use.   7 1/2" tall x  5 3/4" wide, the picture opening is 3 3/4" tall x 2 1/2" wide.  Price $245.00
