Circa 1898-1918.   Marked "Sorau" porcelain, this is a fine Prussian dinner service with charming design. This service consists of 11 large (10") dinner plates, 9 large (9 3/4") soup bowls and 9, 8" salad plates. It also has a pedestal based, covered casserole dish with a handled under plate and gilded knob, 1 large gravy boat with an attached under plate, 1 smaller sauce bowl with spout and attached under plate, 3 graduated serving bowls and 2 oval serving dishes.  Beautiful white porcelain with delicate flowers in a bright red and blue. All of the rims and handles are gilded.  Extra fine original condition with very minor rubbing to the gilding.  Price  $300.
