Circa 1890.  Hallmarked, Rococo, repose, silver plate grape scissors/shears.  Heavy, ornate and elegant, design of grapes and leaves with nice original patina.  Very fine over-all condition, with no damage.  Hallmarked EP over A, HA, BA, PA.  2 1/4" wide x 6 1/2" long.    Price $95.
