Circa 1870.  Large walnut Victorian turtle top center/parlor table in a Rococo taste.  Bold and beautiful, with a deep, gracefully curved apron, decorated with large carved floral medallions on a fine well carved pedestal base.  This fine table has an exceptionally well-matched solid two board top, with subtle yet unusual, matched panels that add an extra dimension to it's look.  Large enough to be used as a dining table, pretty enough for a center hall or parlor.  French polished original finish.
