Circa 1903-1930. Set of two serving dishes with handles. These two German dishes are complementary not identical, but we found them together and they have the same IPF (Germany) marks. Both are white porcelain with pastel colored flowers, asymmetrical handles and deep gold trim. Each basket has a reticulated (pierced open-work) end, although one is pointed and the other rounded which is the major difference between the two. Marked on the base with a star and IPF Germany. Very fine original condition on both. Fresh from a local Brooklyn, New York estate. The pointy dish is 8 1/4" long" x 4" wide x 2" tall, the rounded dish is 8 3/4" long x 4 1/4" wide x 2" tall. Price $45.00 each or $75 for the pair.
